Tom’s Birthday: Breakfast at Campo
A mysterious bouquet
CAT BURGLAR! In December we picked up a UPS package for David when he was out of town. By the time he came back, the package was nowhere to be found. We turned the house upside down. Last week when we were cleaning out all the cat toys from under the couch, look what we found. Eddy had played with it and hidden it way back under the couch. She still thought it was hers and did not want us to give it to David.
I had been using a 15 year-old headshot! Jacqui Otoño took a new one for me. It was slightly windy, as you can see at left.

Have you seen these beautiful stamps? I love them so much that I sent them to my two favorite fisher-persons.
A card from Anne Marguerite.
More wonderful stamps. I think I came to this party too late. They would have made such perfect Christmas stamps.

Neighbors we ran into on our Christmas Day walk. That’s Qunicy and her dog, Xena Warrior Princess over there on the right. This is Lauren above (right) with her friend from Puerto Rico. Tom gave me 2 gift certificates for appointments with Lauren, Bodyworker Extraordinaire.
When I see Quincy I always ask her what she’s reading. This time she gushed over Jon Fosse’s Septology and Ali Smith’s How To Be Both. Oh. My. God. I downloaded Septology and discovered that it’s comprised of one long sentence that runs through seven volumes.
I’ve become a regular at Chatter.
Happy New Year! We celebrated with Gruet, pistachios, and whipped cream from a can.
